Individual Therapy for relationship problems, management of anxiety and depression symptoms, low-self esteem, life transition issues, financial concerns, divorce, loss, infertility issues, and life events that continue to interfere in your ability to move forward.

Adolescents Counseling:  

The adolescent years can be a difficult stage for family and for teens.  They are developing and struggling with their sense of identity. They test rules increasing conflicts with parents/guardians. They tend to distance themselves from family, a behavior sometimes, driven by their need for independence and privacy.  They are anxious about peer relationships and the need to feel accepted by others. During this stage body image issues develop that can lead to problems with self-esteem. 

I work with Teens who are experiencing low self-esteem, peer relationship difficulties, behavior problems, family conflicts, and life transition stresses. Therapy is provided individually and (New Jersey only) in group for Teen girls.
